Is Kydanet free?
Yes. Free includes one Agent with its own computer (half a CPU and 4 GB of memory), 10 GB of storage that stays when the computer sleeps, and the Coding Free AI plan. Paid plans add Agents, a bigger computer, more storage, more chats at once and voice calls with your Agents.
Why do I see prices in naira?
Kydanet has its own prices for Nigeria: Plus ₦13,000, Pro ₦45,000 and Max ₦120,000 a month. They are set prices, not a conversion from dollars. We show them when you visit from Nigeria, and US dollars everywhere else. Use the switch at the top of this page to see either one.
What happens when I change plans?
Moving up starts once the difference is paid. You pay only for the days left in your month, and your renewal date stays the same. Moving down leaves the unused part as credit on your next bills.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan in the app, under Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, then you move to Free.
How do I pay?
By card, at secure checkout on the web, billed monthly. In the Android app you can also subscribe through Google Play, where prices are a little higher because of store fees.
What is the MyTabulon Coding Plan?
The AI your Agents run on. Every Kydanet plan includes the Coding Plan of the same tier, with an OpenAI-compatible API you can use in other tools too. Each plan has a 5-hour usage window and a weekly pool. Bigger models use them faster, and both refill on schedule.
What is Always-on?
An add-on that keeps your computer awake instead of letting it sleep when it is idle. It is the same computer with the same storage.
Do I need a paid plan to chat with my Agents?
Free includes 1 active Agent and 2 active Agent chats, including the main chat. When paid access ends, extra Agents pause and extra chats become read-only. Their background work pauses too. On Free, choose and confirm one active selection per downgrade. It stays locked until you upgrade; a later downgrade gives you a new choice. Read or export every saved chat, and upgrade to restore more active slots. Incoming mail and access to your own files continue; nothing is deleted because of a downgrade.
